They interact using descriptive and expressive language to share information about daily life, relate experiences and express feelings. They develop and apply knowledge of German grammatical elements such as verb tenses and some modal verbs, combining them with an increasing range of nouns and adjectives. They discuss the diversity and similarities between different societies, recognizing that all people have the right to be treated with justice, love, compassion and respect, and have the responsibility to treat others likewise.
